2010Brice Inc. is purchased by Calista Corporation, yet continues to operate autonomously.
2011Brice Environmental is moved out from under Brice Inc. and accepted into 8(a) program.
2012Bilista Holding Line is formed as part of an organizational re-structuring by Calista—and is one of five Calista Holding Lines, representing Construction, Environmental, and Equipment businesses.
2014Brice Environmental opens second office in Anchorage, Alaska.
2015STG Pacific is added to the Bilista Holding Line.
2016Brice Engineering and Brice Civil Constructors are added to the Bilista Holding Line.
STG Pacific is accepted into the 8(a) program.
2017Brice Engineering and Brice Civil Constructors are accepted into the 8(a) program.
Bilista Holding is comprised of eight core companies; five 8(a) companies and three non-8(a) companies. The non-8(a) companies include six additional subsidiary operating companies.
Sam Richard Brice passes away.
2019Brice Builders is added to the Bilista Holding Line and accepted into the 8(a) program.
2020Brice Solutions, LLC is formed and accepted into the 8(a) program.
Brice Environmental graduates from the 8(a) program.
Brice Builders Panama City, FL SBA Bona Fide Office is approved.
Brice companies move to the 8th floor of 3700 Centerpoint Drive, Anchorage, Alaska.
2021Brice Civil Constructors Morgan City, LA, SBA Bona Fide Office is approved.
Brice Civil Constructors Federal Way, WA SBA Bona Fide Office is approved.
